I love winter, if winter is not cold.
Ok i'm bullshit, I know winter = cold, but i hate because that made me took too little photos!
I'm not trying to say this is the fault of winter, I JUST BLAMING!
Is that clear enough to warn that this gonna be photos-less (not photoless!) blog?
Ok, ShangHai.
I was staying in HangZhou in past 2 weeks, got a cheap accommodation in a university of ZheJiang.
P/S: You won't believe this, i made non china friend but bruncha friends from worldwide, just because i was staying in this international student hostel of the uni.
I was staying in ground floor, moved to 2nd floor later, finally moved to the top aka Korean floor.
So i sleep for a while more to wait the snow stop, but snow was falling for 3 days, continuously!
Heck this is not main thing, the main thing is i got a cheap accomandations, i don't bother to stay in ShangHai!
From HangZhou to ShangHai is like 1hour plus away, of course with the high speed train, was like 82RMB one way per person.
So Gary and I decided to do day trip, because we don't wanna waste the rent of the HangZhou, and we think we can do it in one day.
Also, i didn't have good impression of ShangHai, day trip sound good.
We missed the first train but manage to get the next train, if not mistaken we arrived by 10 something in the morning, very first thing when we stepped on the land was, EAT!
You won't want to see what i had for the rest, that is subway.
No kidding, the subway you could found in UK, NZ, Singapore or Malaysia. Gary wants his tuna sandwich and i want my steak. So why not subway? I already had my famous Shanghai Xiao Long Bao!
By the way don't ask me to location of that Xiao Long Bao, i just remember somewhere in the lane, and tiny little shop only serve local. I don't know how the heck he knows that place but that is the best Xiao Long Bao i even had in China, or everywhere else.
We had no plan in Shanghai, all we know is Xiao Long Bao and Shanghai Bund.
So next, Shanghai Bund and Shanghai Pearl Tower
I like Shanghai Bund, in fact i like all the way to Shanghai Bund, i love the classic England street, made me confuse for a while if i was in UK or ShangHai (but soon you will found in ShangHai, because Chinese are surrounding).
The weather is chill, i hate to took out Xiao P for photograph, froze my finger in second! How horrible!
We took ferry to cross the river, although there are MRT or shit like this but always ferry is always better than train, for me.
Spent most of the time in lost ourselves in the city and walk, good enough to spend a day like this.
I found a couple of picture in Hang Zhou, will upload in the next post.
Just be patient and wait!
