MIFB'09

if you're in my msn list, or facebook, you should know i was away for almost one whole week, because of this...

Yea this is my magazine firm's corporate project, even though i'm as a journalist under one of the company of the corporate, i have to help out too, moreover my boss (my editor, he's running some mini project like seminar or talk too) got the taiwanese to have a pavilion in this fair, so the whole staffs of my magazine firm just have to contribute.

i'm the one to prepare all the media invitation, press release, media relationship, plan for press conference, setting and managing press conference, and countless of relavent jobs. The first job was helped the taiwanese inviting the local trader for a dinner and gatherine before the fair start.

Nothing specia, eat and socialling. But i just love the venue of that day's dinner, Fukuya Japanese Creative Fine Dine in Jalan Delima, Kuala Lumpur. Nice place, good food, fantastic environment, good service and very comfortable. 50 pax costed my client like 4 thousand something, i would say its worth and really reasonable, i would pay my visit privately again if i have the chance.

Then, press conference in Taipen Economic and Cultural Office in Malaysia. Magistate of TaiChung attend and also some VIP in Malaysia. Gone smooth and good respone from the media, forget and too busy for photo capturing, so just skip it :D.

The noon, rushed to PWTC for setting and supervising the Taiwan Pavillion setting. You know what, my genius boss though of a brilliant idea, which was used Taichung's fruit, like pear, lychee and grapes to make a twin tower!

Great idea, attractive for media in Malaysia, yet its crazy! We were the gang to make this fruit twin tower real IN A NIGHT TIME!!!!

Of course, this transformed twin tower got up to the front page of the mainstream chinese newspaper, SinChew in Malaysia (the biggest reason was there have no other big news in the same day). Well, everyone happy, client feel proud, boss satisfy, i'm release :D.

Yet the whole design of the pavillion only won the 3rd prize of the best design booth in the fair

Finally the fair ended in the last Saturday, i was like dying in the last whole week, have too little time to do endless thing. I was in-charge in 2 booths, 1 seminar and become the Emcee for the opening ceremony and a prize presentation ceremony SUDDENLY!!! Exciting, tiring, tearing, depressing and all kind of feeling felt in the 4 days! of course i got to know a lot of new friends locally and internationally there, its tiring but really fun.

Elaine birthday celebration

here we go, the 23 years old birthday celebration of Elaine :D

Elaine shared the same birthday with US, which is 4 of July, yet Eva told us she got work by 4 of July so we delayed a day to go Jogoya for Elaine birthday dinner.

I've been Jogoya once, treated by my boss to cheer me up, yet i didn't have good appetite that time, so my boss speet me 100 bucks for the 7 or 8 coconut drinks only :D. So this time! i gonna tasted ALL the foods in Jogoya! (the biggest reason is, i've to pay for my own this time :D)

530pm reservation, i got work that day in office (that was SUNDAY!!!!!). I leave office around 3, bring my dress and comestic stuffs to Eva home and dressed up, 430pm picked Elaine up and reached there like 530pm.

Then, FEAST!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We were no manage to took lot photos because of busy makan, in fact Elaine don't have good impression on Jogoya, just simply she doesn't like Japanese food, even i told her Jogoya doesn't serve Japanese food only but others, including unlimited Haage-Dazs and lot of dessert. Elaine has a sweet-tooth, she finally agree to go Jogoya just for the dessert.

But she found she's wrong, the foods serving is out of her imagination, she ate a mountain that day, of course including the ice-cream and dessert :D, that's why we forgot about cam-whoring.

I suppose to have some photos with Eva's cam, she haven't copy to us yet, let me find it out and update a little bit in this post again.

And the next is Eva birthday in August, Elaine and I are scratching our head to think of a special and nice place for celebrate, suggestion anyone??

and of course, i'm goin to blog the exhibition soon, which had taken my 2 weeks time to get it prepared! it was like exhausted but fun, i make a lot of local and internation friends in the event, bring me so much joy :D. So reader, don't away too long, i'm goin to blog it soon.

The Weekend

Gonna be hell busy in the coming week, the MIFB'09 exhibition, and i'm goin to serve the exhibitor from taiwan, as well as managing the talk by a famous taiwanese, plus the pre-event press conference, preparation and my own magazine deadline, i would say i only have time to die, but not rest.

I was working in the weekend to make sure everything are well preparing, but still i stole some time went out in this Saturday to hunt a birthday present for Elaine in this Saturday in The Curve. Something spoiled my mood when doing shopping, but very soon i found why should my mood being spoil by them? As what she told me, the Rach that everyone know is tough.

The evening went to Desa ParkCity with Pudding again, together with Elaine and Eva. Some photos sharing.

The fatty Pudding is darn lazy, he doesn't want to walk much but lay on the soft grass and enjoy the wind and BIG-HOT-SUN! of course i have to enjoy the wind, the grass, and the damn hot sun with him. He only moved around when anyone of us showing him tricks, then he will be active a while.

But its fun, and Pudding is such an adorable puppy, that everyone, especially kids are love to play with him. He's tame when kids trying to touch or play with him, as a typical Husky. (ok Sun, i know you'll yell that Pudding isn't a pure Husky, BUT! he's still Husky, even he's a mix.)

Second things, Sasha went to Yokohama in the weekend, he sent me 2 songs when he was on the train to Yokohama, which i love it very much. He just simply know what kind of music i needed in the moment. Too bad i couldn't found the music codes to share the 2 songs here yet, i will keep finding.
