Nepal: EBC Trek - Monjo to Ghat

We departed quite late in our 4th day of trekking, simply because Norbu wasn't suggest to left early because air is really cold in the early morning.

So John and I took all the time we want to got ourselves ready before depart.

I remember that day was a really good day, and as we were going down to the hill, i felt a lot better and can even walk faster than John, haha.

We reached Pakhding around 11.30am, Norbu suggested to have early lunch and continue to today destination, Ghat.

So we picked a random restaurant, John had some fried noodle and all i want was hot soup to warm my throat.

Tea time after lunch. John cant wait to have his dried meat brought from Malaysia.

found a flay from Malaysia! Proud!

We had an hour and half break before continue to Ghat.

Ghat is pretty near with Phakding, we reached the place in less than an hour.

I think i can walk further as the weather was great and the air is not cold anymore, but Norbu still worried about my condition (pass by some waterfall and the cold and thin air caused asthma attack once in the morning), he insisted to settle in Ghat for today.

Picked Lama Lodge for that night accommodation.  Great place for awesome village and mountain view.

some souvenir is for sell in from of this lodge

I was feeling good that time and John and I decided to went out for a quick walk in the village, and come back to the place for some sunshine.

We also took a lot of photo in the lodge's garden, while Norbu and porter were chilling there.

Alright, this is simple and quick one, because we didn't did much in that day, just rest, chill and chit chat with people.

Next post will be the last day of EBC trek to Lukla. Come back often please!
