New Zealand: Te Puke - Biggest kiwi in the world!

Before i take off to Hamilton for 2 days 1 night trip, let me update what i have done in last weekend, or i have no idea how long i will delay for this time.

I have 2 days off in the last weekend, because it has been a raining week last week, the kiwi fruit pickers weren't work thus the grader, packer and repacker has no fruit to grade to pack to repack.

So we spend our 2 off days by travelling to Rotorua, which i will post it later, that will be super long post, lots of photos. The other day we spend to visit Kiwi 360, the only attraction of Te Puke.

I'm not goin with Sun since she is visit another friend with Mei Yee, Will is off from work too so he pick Tien and I and we go together.

Kiwi 360 in Te Puke

All about kiwi

Kiwi wine without kiwi taste

Cute!

The souvenir shop is not the main purpose, but the giant kiwi fruit, as below.

Taken with Xiao P by The Blogger, and become my all time favourite photo

Giant kiwi fruit

The evening

The giant fruit symbolic that Te Puke is the world capitol of kiwi fruit, but in fact its nothing special about this kiwi fruit, you can done the visit in 10 minute, unless you want to join to kiwi tour, but it will charge you like 20 bucks, which 3 of us don't think it worth the money.

Oh yea, one thing about the giant kiwi is you may climb up to the big fruit, a look out point there, well, again its nothing special though.

Spot me!

Travel mate of the day, Tien and Will

I catch the kiwi!

And Tien and I

We're not taking the tour but just take picture on the cute kiwi shutter.
After kiwi 360, we actually plan to go Papamoa Hill, but we were late, the track close by 6pm and we reached by 5pm, it take 2 hours plus to complete the hike, so, next time.

That night Jack came over with his fresh fished fish, we pay him with the dinner. For the second time i make vegemite chicken (the first time i made vegemite prawn and Tien said so yucky).

For this time i called and ask my mum and with fully confidence, i made this!

SUCCESSFULLY!!!

妈咪,这是我煮的妈密鸡,超级好吃,台湾人和中国人都说好吃!!!

Babby, if mummy doesn't read this yet, pull her and show her the photo!

Jack the uncle

Jack wanted to make sashimi, but HE WAS DRUNK! Coz Tien treat him wine and that night he stay overnight, WITHOUT MAKE US SASHIMI!!!

Well, we had good time by just chating and laughing, what a wonderful offday!

Next post, The Blogger goes fast! What it is? Stay tuned!
